Miracles Have Not Ceased Book Launch

Leona Winger died on Christmas Day in 2022, just as she had planned. Leona was a woman who knew how to make a plan and get things done. She knew the end of her life was near, but she also had a book to finish. She finished writing Miracles Have Not Ceased just days before her passing. This was a book she had been working on for years. She had researched miracles and collected stories from family and friends. She compiled all of these into the first draft of a manuscript, and carefully laid plans to see this book through to publication - even after she had passed away.

It wasn't until August of 2023 that Holly and I met with Sue Troff, a friend of mine and the one Leona had entrusted with the publication of her book following her death. Sue told us the journey Leona's manuscript had been through to that point, and we were honored to be able to keep it moving forward. She handed us a big binder and a few flash drives with the manuscript, and off we went.

Editing a book is no small feat, even when you can call the author up, ask questions, and get feedback. When the author has passed away, there is even more prayer and faith poured into doing the job correctly. We have sought every step of the way to do this job right - right by Leona, right by God and right by Sue, who has trusted us with something so precious.

Sue has been amazing to work with, and a ready cheerleader when the going got tough. She has been kind and patient and every bit as confident as Leona that this book truly would light the world by helping people learn to consistently seek, confidently expect, and continually recognize miracles in their own lives.

We are so pleased to announce that "Miracles Have Not Ceased: Neither have angels ceased to minister unto men" is officially published and available for purchase on Amazon.

We celebrated the book launch by leaving a copy on Leona's headstone. Of course, she is well aware of the progress of her book. It still felt so special to deliver an actual, physical copy to her final resting place. And who knows? Maybe someone will find it there and Leona will whisper to them to take it. Maybe they'll take it home and it'll open up a whole world where they can see the hand of God reaching out in their life. Maybe...
